It indicates an ultra short-term oversold/bought situation. One of my monitors has 3 charts, one over the other in 5 minute ticks. They are all sequenced so 10 o'clock is precisely over 10 o'clock, 11 over 11 and so on. The top is S&P, the middle is TIKI and the bottom is PREM. This relationship allows me to see a trend forming one versus the other. Normally, TIKI nominally leads PREM and the two together always lead S&P. TRIN I don't follow so much, so I have to take a pass on that. I don't like overdosing on too many things at once.
