The real question is who at Novell leaked Mike Sheridan's hiring

at 2PM Thursday afternoon and who was it leaked to?

If Novell can't keep news that has an effect on its stock price from being leaked by insiders then perhaps a complaint should be filed with the SEC to find out why and to se if any insiders traded on the news.
