I think the reason the stock isn't holding is that many institutions (that don't even know what PMCS does) just lump PMCS as another semiconductor IC company. By itself that's true. They're worried because of Intel noting lessened demand and the other semi guys getting crushed, "take me out of this sector"

What they don't realize is that PMCS is a COMMUNICATIONS IC company, not a PC IC company. It's demand is driven by the volume of network traffic. We'll have to wait until the next conference call and earnings.

I am worried about PC demand, Asia is a demand problem, Y2k remediation could affect budgets, and I'm not sure that NT 5.0 or windows '98 require huge upticks in horsepower, so who needs to upgrade? Does anyone really need a 300 or 400 mhz PII?

But the last time i checked on the demand for packet based network infrastructure....
