***IMPORTANT INFO ON WARRANTS Warrants are exercisable at .50 until June 30. AFter this day, the exercise price will become $1.00. Leaving this information off of the news release is incredibly cheesy...With the last trade on the warrants at .46 add a dollar to that and there is no deal at all. Conversions MUST take place in June to take advantage of the .50 exercise price. (This may have been revealed on SI already but I have not seen it)
