I actually noticed something fishy going on in the mid-to-late morning yesterday with NOVL trading. But I agree, somehow this news leaked out to the street before the official announcement. Remember the Telephony deal in April during options expiration April 17th? Don't like to see this, but unfortunately it isn't a unique occurrence in todays tech cyber-world.
