We share the same understanding of electronic bill payment. I think that is what the Travelers' Moneyline Express product is.

It doesn't make much sense to offer a special service to receive payments which interfaces with EBS's. EBS bill payment services are all about paying bills not receiving payments. It certainly does not require a special software interface with an EBS to get credited. They could just receive their payment the normal way; mail or EBP.

I doubt it would be of much interest to a web banking customer to be able to pay your Travelers insurance bill electronically and that's it. It sounds more like a "me too" product competing with the successful offerings of CKFR.
