Agreed, but even though India's economy is small when given the people to dollar ratio, they are if I remember correctly becoming very big in software design and production and making inroads in other high tech areas. They are far from being a tech powerhouse, but keep marching forward. An elite number are driven to suck up information and education from where ever they can get it. Evolution and growth are terrible when the other guy is doing it and we are paying for it. ;) JFH
