EMAIL RESPONSE FROM ICC ABOUT TOP DOG'S CONCERNS... Below is ICC's response to TOP DOG's concerns of PKGP getting financing. Before I publish it, I would like to say thanks for your honesty Jim. In addition, speaking to ICC a few days ago, they UNOFFICALLY believe there is a undeclared (illegal) short position of 30-60 million shares on PKGP. They think the company will do well on fundamentals. "The should be worth around $0.80 to $0.90/share based on revenue alone." I'm not giving up on this one. HERE'S ICC RESPONSE: Dear Investor: I would not take the rumors of what a group of individual investors post on the internet as the truth. No one is privy to the internal "non public" activities at PKGP. Everyone is speculating without basis. An investment in PKGP should be for the potential fundamental growth of the future, not the short term trading. Good luck and we hope to report developments shortly. ICC
