Wes, Wake UP!! You must be talking to Vigliarolo. Are you going to believe him because it sounds good? He can make things sound so good you will have a hard time not believing the story. But the one thing you haven't been able to do, is watch this guy in action face to face. He's good! He is so good, my husband bought the lines he threw out! Director Dal and Director Cliff believe him! You have to understand that Mr. Joe Vigliarolo doesn't want guys on the Board who are savvy and have expertise in management. Ask yourself why? It is because they wouldn't tolerate his actions. Don't you find it odd that you have had limited communication with the President until now? Didn't it make you angry that you never could find out what was going on? Didn't you find it odd that you continually had to second guess when the 10K & Q was coming out? Didn't you get tired of hearing all the excuses on why this company has been sitting idle for the past eight months. Well, I can tell you why all those things have been taking place. I have proof and proof that will paint a very ugly picture of Joe Vigliarolo. He has no idea what I did to protect the shareholders and protect Joe Lanza where it is deserved. I am livid with Joe Lanza for letting this take place. I told him over and over that Joe Vigliarolo would try and take this company for his own greed and ego. He doesn't want to share anything with you shareholders. Hell, he wouldn't even buy lunch for his Director side-kicks. Why on earth would he share with the shareholders. He wants it all Wes. And if you don't wake up he will take it from you also! Your not looking at the whole picture because your so tired and frustrated with this entire situation it exhausts you. But, please remember, I was there. Right next door. I saw what was happening on a day to day basis. I was there and documented everything!!!! I can tell you things that would make the hair on the back of your neck fall out! But as mad as I got, I played along with Mr. Vigliarolo and his clever tactics knowing all along he was nothing but a LIAR. You can choose to believe what I am telling you or you can doubt it. But I promise you the truth will soon be known and you will see what I am telling you is the truth. Even Evan Sterling tried to warn you. Remember? Jayne Lanza
