Are there any other good discussion forums on the Web. I am looking for one or two setup up similar to Silicon Investor but devoted to Medical and engineering topics? I found one on gardening topics so I know there are others out there. I prefer a discussion group as discussion groups are much more satisfying than newsgroups or chat groups.
