Gary has stated the following:

1. LONG TERM HOLD IS THE P
2. Next long term is the common
3. Warrants to day trade or hold until they get to the exercise price.
4. Sell the Warrants to shore up the price of common and P

Never has anyone said that the Warrants were a long term hold, Why would you not want to get the common price up so that you ROI on the conversation would lower your average share cost.

common = 1.25
Warrants .49 + .50 = .99 1.25 - 99 = .26 savings over cost of market.
