Lurker.
Its me. Yeah, Jayne Lanza had to come out to let the shareholders
know what was going on. You see, my husband is a good guy, he is
just a fool for picking the wrong guys to do business with. But
you know, after you get stabbed enough in the back, sooner or later
you have to wake up and say ENOUGH! Well not to brag, I don't like
to get stabbed and I have only once. I woke up sooner than Joe Lanza!
Now, I can say to him: "I told you so, if you would have listened
to me earlier, we wouldn't be in this mess." Either would the
shareholders. But moving forward.
I never trusted Joe Vigliarolo. I never liked him and thought that
Xecom was making a big mistake having him as their President. He
has never done anything good for this company. He is a liar, cheat
and has no ethics. Well, I don't know you but, I have very good
and dear friends who have invested substantial amounts of money in
this company. Then I have dear friends who have not invested
the amount of money as some of the others but, to them it is quite
a good deal of money. I want all of those people to win on this
deal. They deserve to. You deserve to. IT IS YOUR COMPANY! It
is not Joe Vigliarolo's company. He thinks it is. He wants the
money for his OWN PERSONAL GAIN. And if we don't stop it, he will
get away with what he is trying to do. I saw this man in action
on a daily basis. The man has no moral ethics!! This man was
seeing a 17 year old girl. He told this girl he was going to leave
his wife for her. This young girl was emotionally damaged by this
man. AND THIS IS THE PRESIDENT OF YOUR COMPANY! I am a mother
of two wonderful children and two lovely step-children. If this
happened to my daughter, I can't tell you what I would do. Is this
the kind of person you want running your company, Lurker? If he
would destroy a 17 year old girl it is only an example what he
would do with the shareholders company!
Well, I will protect the shareholders. I knew the entire time this man could not be trusted. I'm not going to let him destroy my family,
my friends, and the shareholders who I don't know yet. I can't let
this happen and I hope you will agree with me.
I'm not going to say that Joe Lanza hasn't had his problems in the
securities industry. He has and he has made many mistakes. Some
justified, some not. But all in all, he believes in this company
and he sees the potential. In all fairness to Joe L., even though he
has done some really good things building Airstar, he doesn't have
the ability to take it to the next level. New management could,
if we can get the old management out of here immediately.
You ask? Why did I play the game I was playing? I wanted to see
Joe Vigliarolo react to my posts. I wanted to see where he was coming
from. It helped me get a reading on the guy. Lets just say, it
worked. When he thought I wasn't looking over his shoulder, I was.
When he thought he could make his moves, he did. I saw him and I
will make sure he doesn't walk away with YOUR COMPANY.
