It will not matter much if the company has ink on paper in less than 2 weeks as they think they will. It looks as though they will sell about $1.3 million in helmets on their latest deal, aside from the merger forthcoming. Check out the HDST thread -- particularly the past few posts.
Oh yea -- they were and will be a reporting company -- they cannot justify spending $70K right now for the audit as they are coming off a lot of legal expenses...
