''We're excited to have Arno with us at ICC '98, just as we're excited by the outstanding group of papers and presentations being offered during our technical program,'' Smith said.
In the middle of the SuperNeighborhood, a specially designed lounge area modeled after a town square, will offer visitors a place to meet and exchange ideas.
ICC '98 will present a technical program including 47 full- and six half-sessions featuring 346 technical papers and presentations, 29 services, applications and systems (SAS) sessions, 20 tutorials and five workshops.
