4m shares @ $8.00? What? I don't understand how this convertible debt comes into play. This debt is convertible at $12.47 per share. At least that is how I read the prospectus. (See /Archives/edgar/data/876726/0000950133-96-001294.txt) Why would somebody convert their bonds to stocks at this price when the stock is selling for less that $8.00? Please explain.
