I just talked to Dan after reading your posts....

Dan said He wants to have all the warrants exercised by June 1998. I asked him where all this is coming from and he basically is saying that is what he wants. Now he has told me that he is telling brokers and all that he would want all the warrants exercised with that window.

Now common sense says that is NOT going to happen.. One they all have to be bought and the exercised well the MMs will be coasting you a fortune if you try to buy up all of them. ALL of them will NEVER get exercise because you cannot buy all of them.

As far as this $1.25 goes you have to go read the registration of the warrants which one of the 19 registrations under America Coffee Cup. I do not know that the $1.25 can happen.

OK if the $1.25 is accurate for a recall then why sent a June 1998 window. You would not need it. I do not know who is doing what but this is a fully reporting company and they have to follow the rules and regulations of the SEC. Now apparently yesterday someone was talking to Dan and was telling him some strategies.

I remember on AVBC someone talk Tom and got into a conversation on a reverse split... then in the next day with everyone that called Tom BOOM the reverse rumor when WILD ... it took a press release to straghten out a mere conversation of mental communion.

Again this fully reporting company and they have to comply. DAN CANNOT CALL THE WARRANTS he has to go by the registration statement.
