The advancers still outnumber the
decliners by a healthy amount, and the up volume is double than that of the down
volume on the NYSE. However,it looks like there are more buyers
stepping into the market since the program sell and the TRIN is continuing to
increase above 1 to a value of 1.38.

I dont understand why a trin increasing in value means more buyers...
