I attended the Dayton meeting also and left with the feeling that Joe was creating a dynamic company but was smart enough not to put all of his eggs in one basket. That is why most of the meeting was devoted to divisions other than FNET. I believe we will be very happy with what we hear at the Dec. 4th meeting. I remember a previous post where someone remarked who cares about the PRIVLEGE CARD and called it mundane. It makes no difference where the earnings come from as long as they come in. I had long talk with Paul Bettencourt and I was very impressed with the Privledge Card programs they were working on. He was very confident that his division would be generating sales dollars in the month of December. His division of DCI is presently located in Harrisville RI but by Dec 1st the home office will be moved to Uxbridge Mass. There are also satellite offices in New Jersy, Memphis,Tenn and a new office is opening in the Empire State Bldg. As much as I am interested in the wireless probe I believe the Privlege Cards earnings will be immediate and more profitable than What I first believed. According to Paul, he will give us more precise numbers at the meeting. The projections for the Wireless Probe are enormous but I would not expect any dollars from this to come in until the 2nd quarter of next year. After talking with Paul Bettencourt and Dick Shepard of R&D Scientific I believe we will be impressed with their presentations. I am still sticking with my estimate of 50 cents per share of pre tax earnings for fiscal 97. D'ont lose faith, Joe Murphy is a hard worker who is conscientious and he always keeps in mind the best interests of his investors. I also believe his Thanksgiving gift to us will be the wrap up of Muller Media. Be long the stock and you will be happy.

Best Regards
