<<The last filing with the SEC was the NT-10K from April. >> And they haven't filed anything for the quarter ending March 1998. The NT-10K (which is only for the filing ending Dec97) I believe is only a 2 week extension. Nothing has been filed. So my question is how can a company be fully reporting if it doesn't file anything. Fully reporting means current, up-to-date. Doesn't matter if they're "working" on it. I would love to be corrected.
