There have been a lot of large block buying orders for TNCR recently. The most recent ones are the two buying orders of 100k shares each at 3:45pm Friday (for a daily volumn of less than 500k!). However, all these buying did not drive the price up much in the past week. Anyone knows who are behind all these buying, and why the price did not budge with all these buying?
