telebob, from conversations that I have had, the financials for 1997 were already completed by the first accounting firm. That firm, from what I have been told, was let go because they were unable to keep the agreed upon schedule, and to put the audit in filing form. Corso's firm is now responsible for the company's SEC filings, both for 1997 and from here on out. There is difference between just auditing the financials and putting it in the correct form for a filing, and that is what Corso is doing. It is right of him, I think, to make sure that the first firm's audit was correct, so that he can proceed with the filing and put his firm's name on it.
