Hello Lurker,

This is the stock market. There is no such thing as a guarantee on any stock, listed or OTC. There are many things which influence and ultimately determine the price. In any case I will guess that there will be restrictions placed on the free shares of Cypro, so that we can't sell them immediately after the IPO. It's usually something like a year or so I believe.

What it ultimately boils down to for each of us I think, is whether you believe Eutro is truthful in their assessment of Cypro value. I believe them due to the fact that the SEC looks unfavorably upon a company releasing information that is too far from the truth on future events. I believe it's been proven that this company is very conscious of the SEC and releasing accurate information publicly.
