RIGHT, ooops it's a letter of intent... so we're betting that AVIA will stay at current levels, and from my cursory look at them, there's no reason to think they won't, especially when you consider that hey are buying a compnany for 11.9 mil that had 18 mil in revenues.. not bad. price hasnt been below 3 1/4 in a long time,, even at those levels, it makes sense.. .54 per pokr share..
