Pyng Technologies Agreement Reached With Arizona Heart
and Maricopa Hospitals in Phoenix, Arizona

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to
announce that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp. has reached agreement
with Arizona Heart Hospital and Maricopa Hospital in Phoenix,
Arizona to use the F.A.S.T 1 System for Adult Intraosseous
Infusion. The F.A.S.T. 1 will be used in their emergency
departments and in the operating room in the Arizona Heart
Hospital.

This is important news for Pyng Medical Corp. because Arizona
Heart and Maricopa emergency departments also serve as the
research arm of Rural / Metro Corporation which is the second
largest ambulance service in America.

Arizona Heart Hospital, America's newest high technology heart
hospital, which expects that it will do 1500 heart operations per
year, has also agreed to use the F.A.S.T 1 System prior to open
chest surgery in order to evaluate the device and protocol.

Pyng Medical Corp., as part of its future marketing program,
intends to provide the Emergency Medical Community with a large
body of medical evidence on the effectiveness of the F.A.S.T 1
System to gain rapid, safe, and assured vascular access. This
agreement, along with others that have been reached, will enable
Pyng Medical Corp. to fast track the field trial data collection
process that is now underway because of the extended use of the
F.A.S.T 1 System in both Maricopa and Arizona Heart Hospitals.

All data will be submitted to Pyng Medical Corp. and will be
published as appropriate by Pyng Medical Corp. and Dr. Charles V.
Pollack Jr. Chairman, and Dr. Brian Tiffany Co-Director of
Research at Arizona Heart and Maricopa Hospitals.
