Netscape is in the process of changing its product mix. I am not sure of the amount of browser revenue, but it may have fallen to 50% or less of sales. Netscape is getting most of its growth from server sales into business, especially for intranets. Note that the last quarter growth was 500% y/y, for a $100M quarter. That was around $20M above the previous sequential quarter.

The reason Netscape may be successful is that NT is not really ready for the larger corporate environments, and will take some time. Unix is still the king in much of the market (except for IBM's corner). If Netscape can keep its growth rate at the $20M or more per sequential quarter, it will really make some progress, and might even be considered undervalued. The fact that they are profitable at all is good for their current sales growth rates.
