Frank: Just a wild guess. Wonder if it is the increased dilution to pay for LCI. Right now it's 1.25 shares of QWST for each LCI share as opposed to the planned 1.05 or something. that alone doesn't seem logical but maybe. Wonder if LCI will back out. Doubt it. ac
