Hubert, I cannot confirm or deny any rumors or speculation regarding ongoing lawsuits between ICMX/SEXI and other companies. What been whispered is that there is a technology infringement with either Eyetel or Lightwave. Some people think this suit is meritless. Others think it has great merit. I have no earthly idea. Then again, I have very little knowledge about this company at all. For example, I can't tell you: 1) Who's running the company. 2) Who's on the board of directors. 3) How many shares there are. 4) What the financials look like because that last one is 11/30/95. 5) How much debt the company has and whether they're declare Chpt.11 6) What, if any, game plan the company has. 7) Who these supposed VARs are coming on board and when. 8) How the company plans to finance its next 3 months. 9) Why it continues to take so long to clarify these questions. Does kind of make it difficult to make an informed investment decision based on these facts (or should I say LACK of them). Ron is correct in saying that as each "newsless" day passes, our prospects become dimmer and dimmer. No news says me that they have "no clue" what to do at this point.
