This just in- US warns India and Pakistan.

Just heard on CNN that Clinton has warned India and Pakistan of 'serious consequences' if they conduct further tests and arm their missiles with nuclear weapons. The 'strongly' worded message was delivered through the respective U.S embassies in New Delhi and Islamabad.

It is as though Clinton is amazed and frustrated by his inability to shape and influence the events in South Asia.Either that or he doesn't know what else to do????
