Hi macker, If the SEC is investigating anything then they would be investigating the way the price of DGIV has been manipulated by the market makers. Like when the time there was nothing but buy orders going across the screen and yet the MM's wouldn't raise the price. Also, I'm here to eat some crow. Although I have never worried about ICVI in the longer range of things, I honestly thought that there was a good chance that the price of it might drop this week instead of rising. That's why I wrote you that public note a few days ago and told you not to worry about anything. Looks like you didn't need my premature words of comfort. <g> I guess what I saw and was worried about was the weakness that ICVI displayed yesterday afternoon. Anyway, glad I was wrong! Juanita
