Baruch, I messed with some of the default settings and had a few problems, but nothing like what you described. I did speak to tech support and they are great, fast, and couteous. I can see how the problem you described could happen. What I suggested to the tech support was that they needed a clear cache button, or undo button for some other problem that I experienced. But once I reloaded it, and didn't fiddle with the settings, everything has been running smoothly. And speedy too. RB
