Maybe TSIS is raising money by keeping stock price low and releasing a lot of shares into the market. With all the contracts they have signed they must have an enormous need for capital. With this hugh market niche they have and all the great contracts, the price seems way too low. I'm buying, should be a fun ride for quite awhile. Ritchmc
