So is it Travelers or NCR?, you would think that your NCR rep would be smart enough to know. In addition ask your most Informed NCR rep. if their bill pay is mentioned on the Web (anywhere), I imagine if their bill pay is so great, that it would be mentioned somewhere(press release, website, anything).
