You are right... Dan knows his industry and how to take the product to industry. However just cause you convince Dan MAYBE he could do somethingthat is in the shareholders best interest or have an alternative motive. However they SEC attorney and they are FULLY reporting so whims and wishes don't count.

I t will get interesting as the warrants dry up.
