In the CC he called them "network operators". Anyway if FIBR sends out a bunch of brochures I suppose 21 potential customers are "evaluating" the Gigamux. People are slowly starting to figure out that when it comes to actually signing contracts and delivering results, FIBR falls short.

How hard is it to send out some brochures?
