In response to your comment that RNK should be repurchasing shares, their recent press release indicates that they have in fact repurchased 230,000 shares. The release also indicated that they were limited to purchasing 500,000 shares in total. Would you know if this is a fairly standard limitation?

As to take-over possibilities, I would suspect that RNK is looking into opportunities to expand east, into either Toronto or New York, to become a legitimate player in the industry.
