i looked it up... voting day is June 5th. maybe someone big is playing out this scenario: load up on LCI. 15 days before the 6/5 vote, short QWST. sell QWST shares, drive down QWST price and boost QWST:LCI payout ratio. you get to grow your QWST position by 25% "for free", plus make money on the short... mark
