I'm sorry if I offended anyone. The only bank in the country that I'm aware of that receives their Bill Pay from a third party other than CheckFree is Bank of Boston. I'm sure there are others, but I mainly just follow the big banks. If you go to: gaysbank.com and look under products and services to be provided, it does mention Bill Pay (nice music also). So it is obvious to me that they will be providing bill pay, I'm just not sure who it will be. Benny(There is humor in my statements, you just have to look hard)
