Those rumors were started by none other then the great pump & dump web site PSI. Week after week saying FCC approval next week. They don't even talk about GLCP now. I bought in @.29 and do believe I will make money here some day in the not so distant future, but have learned a lesson on this one. No big deal I have made a bundle in ICVI the last two weeks with a great looking future! Gary
