JoAnn, everybody can probably tell a story like yours but I would say that for the most part the good far out-weighs the bad. It's funny that when I was first told about LOW it was described as Home Depot that caters to women. I am very long HD but after some of the recent posts may consider a LOW position.

Sorry you had a bad HD experience, I would suggest that you send your husband next time :}
