enjoyed your post.. the buy n' hold only works if you have a dell.. if you have coms or even a "leader" (intc), you're returns will be much smaller. re: intc -- person who bought for buy n' hold 3 years ago, would have made a ton. person who bought this year, would be making nothing. the point is: timing is everything.. technical analysis will show you when to buy/exit. hd is a potnential trading pick.. not sure yet. i think we will have monday open down.. and probable recovery by end of day. i've seen many posts saying mkt sell orders at closing today.
