Buckeye -- Thanks for the report. I think you identified some critical
areas where the *6 week window of upgrades* needs to be focused.

Two things for me to keep in mind at this time:

1) are these *adjustments* technological feasible/doable?

2) will management get the job done?

If both of these questions can tentetively answered yes, then we are still in good shape.
We do need to see progress though.
