When the orders start not to be filled when they really should have been and the price is still below the the weekly or biweekly high and the mm has reduced his inventory there is nothing that can be done unless you catch them not filling orders and file with the sec.But you and me can't do that and it takes several filed complaints to get the sec's attention,and then usually only to the detrement of one maybe two brokers,that is if you find a broker whose got guts.You know any brokers with guts??If you do let me know..I am afraid with 8 mm's and very little reason for the approx 400 to 450 thousand daily vol it will take to get this rocket out of gravity we will sit here possibly for quite a while.The age old problem with the sec and the otc/bb has always been like this.The mm's and their houses do not want to let us over the 5 dollar mark and cause votality in the stock and or get off and go to nasdaq.Which is fine if your at 10 or 20,but when your trying to climb you can't.I have seen this in otc stocks since I traded my first stock 20 years ago.Peace be yours
