My guess is they'll file a 10Q any day now. Based on what I've been able to see on www.freeedgar.com, they have been filing every 3 months almost exactly to the day! This 10Q is about 2 weeks late so it seems Matt's departure has delayed the filing. So, my guess is their next release will state their 10Q looks about the same as it did last year, but due to the recent acquisition their revenues have gone up substantially which should be reflected in the filing for 1Q 1999 (ending next month I think?? correct me if I'm wrong.. which I think I am..). And hopefully, an 8K comes out so we can get some insight as to what their next acquisition target is... Just my $0.02.
