On March 31, 1998, shareholders approved a name change from Dakota
Resources Ltd. to Dynamix Corp. on the basis of one new common share for
each one old common share.
The common shares of Dynamix will be posted for trading on the ASE in
substitution of the common shares of Dakota Resources at the opening of
business on June 3, 1998.
