Well call me stupid, but I'm in. Selling out for 0.25 or 0.0125 is the same to me. IMO the company is scrambling to do damage control and right whatever wrongs it can for as little money as possible. I hate being in the dark just like the rest of you, but if I had the feds breathing down my neck, I'd say as little as possible. I think someone at SOE thinks they can recover from this and I think SEC does to. Afterall, it hasn't shut the place down. It's too easy to file bankruptcy and hide from the suit. I would be very interested to know how SOE is making the payroll. Does Virginia have a sales tax or corporate income tax? Could a Virginia share holder get a copy of quarterly tax filings? Perhaps we need to gather our own info from sources other than SEC documents. Does SOE have any debt?? Does anybody out there know where they bank? Does anybody work for that bank? How 'bout we do some real investigation. There's always a paper trail. We just have to go get it. BTW, I'm with Hubert, stop this bull**it with beating around the bush and dropping hints and clues. If you know something say it. If you heard something than disclaim it, but quit speaking in tongues and get to the point. The price manipulation is over, you can't save yourself at the expense of the others, SOE is too far gone. If we're to recover from this we need to have the facts. To Captain Nutcracker.... Are you supposed to be a leader? If so, then let's lead. Lead a fact finding mission and lay out everything you know. Enough of the games. Take this opportunity to do it or face dereliction of duty charges and be ejected from the flight. To Concerned SEXI Investors....
