The news is important, acyberguy; very important. The "...lesson in the market" to be drawn here is that the market isn't always the model of "efficiency" the random-walk academicians would have you believe it is. Sometimes, it takes a while for the "market" to catch on; therein lies our opportunity. Carpe diem.
