Joe,

Then the proper querery would be what "instructions" does the SEC give to those sanctioned regarding PR releases. Case in point, even though the poop had already hit the SOE fan full force, SOE was feeding us the line with attempts at damage control, using vague (to the totally clueless, ie., lucky NON-shareholders) and those willing to "read between the lines"(current shareholders gasping for a pat on the head and a Milkbone). Examples which all are familiar with, like "SOE is cooperating fully with the SEC...", etc. In other words, the spin doctors were active up until...? Which prompted my interest as to what is the restraining or constraint sceneario now?

SEC imposed?
SOE, (sameol, sameol)?
all the above?
None of the above?

I would like to believe, that if the pause in the execution (either while the SEC reloads, or better yet, while SOE went out for smokes) is an honest(forgive me for using THAT word in any paragraph containing "SOE") attempt at damage control intended to benefit the loyal shareholder(s), who as evidenced by imput to this thread are starting to drool uncontrollably.

I'm ready for my worm pill Doctor...
