Hi All,

I see you've picked up on the thread from telephonics. A wealth of information here. Can be deemed reliable IMHO.

Yes, there was a resolution, I have heard, in a California court to resolve action brought by ICMX (aand now SEXI) against the gentleman who invented this technology which SEXI had been showing. Unfortunately, SEXI apparently never owned this technology, and by allowing the suit to be dismissed, apparently lay no further claim to it.
Bear in mind that the company is rumored to have the really new, super duper, panacea of the worlds ills, technology which, incorporates something of a hodgepodge of untold whistles and bells. These seem to be more than whispers, however. While I certainly hope that SEXI does have some new technology, it still needs to meet the tests of a truly competitive marketplace where quality and price are the main concerns.
It is my understanding that various governmental bodies have been playing around with videoconferencing systems for some time now. Trying to work these systems into government budgets, these days, is tough and getting tougher. Seems like everybody who has asked, has gotten demos from one potential government agency or another. So don't be too surprised if you here about so and so taking a test drive.
The government markets are awash with potential applications, some of which have been successfully penetrated for many years already with some form of this technology or another. That, to me, holds part of the allure of this industry. The other part is that, in 20 years, people will say "Do you remember when you could only hear the people you calledon the telephone?".
However,.......Does SEXI have a competitive product or better yet, something they can truly call their own? Who knows? Let's face it, the company isn't bragging about anything lately. Hope I'm wrong....

The SEC could still be nice to SEXI, in terms of ill gotten gains. And any change in financial position would be positive. Looking for the silver lining....

JILTED and looking to see where the line forms
