Steve, speaking of quotes, remember these?...........
"bob..i don't own any stock in cpq..but I'm going to put it at the right time...maybe next week maybe not.I could wait til 3rd week of nove and buy a jan put"
"Don't try to time after you buy,you will not time cpq.this is only if you are going to do it no matter what. there are better plays... quite frankly one of mb's other long positions would be better... My stance on cpq is to prevent early puts not talk people into long position."
Although we do agree on many issues, we differ here on an investment strategy, I'm advocating a strong long position, and you seem to say time, don't time, don't go long. See where my confusion and frustration came from? I think your position is clearer (to me anyhow) now, than it was. You seem more strongly against any puts today, and your long position is stronger than it was. Is this a safe assessment? |
