Thomas - True, there is an abundance of the commodities that you listed. However, and this is my concern, there is an even greater supply of dollars in this world. I'm just a small player, but I find myself with a lot of dollars from the last three year bull market in equities. What I'm trying to do is intelligently diversify out of dollars into something tangible. I don't know if gold is the answer, but I am sure that expectations for it are low and it couldn't be more out of favor. I've never had a good understanding of inflation or money creation, so what do I know? Best regards,
